In Germany, the forms of investment and establishment in the form of German company registration mainly include two types: Renhe company and Zihe company.
       Renhe company refers to two or more companies incorporated and managed by natural or legal persons who bear unlimited liability to the company's creditors with all their assets, mainly in the form of Offene Handelsgesellschaft (OHG), kommanditgesellschaft (kg) and limited liability Lianghe company (GmbH & Co. kg).
       Joint venture company refers to one or more companies registered by natural or legal persons with the minimum registered capital as required by law. It is mainly divided into two basic forms: limited liability company (Gesellschaft MIT beschr ü nkter haftung, GmbH) and joint stock company (Aktiengesellschaft, Ag).
